Jim Rock is a Native of the San Gabriel Valley and comes with 30-plus years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate. Jim started his career as an appraiser and enjoyed the industry so much that he decided to Sell Real Estate. He is consistently among the top 5% of producers within Podley Properties. He successfully represents many satisfied Sellers and Buyers. With a 98% selling ratio on listings taken, he takes the team approach to a smooth Real Estate transaction. Jim has a team of professionals on his staff that makes the process of selling and or buying Real Estate seamless and smooth.
Jim bases his business on consistency, commitment, and servicing the client’s needs first. Jim has been married for 25 years to his high school sweetheart and is the father of four lovely grown and college-age daughters: Kristen, Sarah, and the twins, Hannah and Hailey.
