A native Californian, Sandi has always called the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains “home”. Childhood memories were created and cemented in Sierra Madre, marriage and motherhood nudged her to Pasadena and La Canada and ultimately drew her to Altadena, where she currently resides. Many of Sandi’s passions, including architectural preservation and working with youth, developed as a result of the time spent immersed in these communities. She has embraced volunteering through her past service with Altadena Heritage, as a 13-year leader with Girls Scouts of Greater Los Angeles and as a tutor and current mentor for Pasadena-based Stars.

A disciplined and creative Realtor, Sandi credits an earlier career in the food industry for many of the skills that have proved invaluable in buying and selling homes; namely, commitment, tenacity and patience. Working pre-dawn hours from the Los Angeles Wholesale Produce Terminal Market for many years, she was one of only a handful of women to dot the business. Arranging commodity purchases between growers and national distributors in both the foodservice and retail sectors, her experience in innovative marketing, contract negotiation and conflict resolution transferred seamlessly into the real estate arena where she has helped numerous clients turn a new key.

In her free time, Sandi can be found creating sweet treats in her kitchen, swimming at the local pool or hiking on the trails above her 1926 Spanish home that she shares with her husband of 35 years, their daughter, and a pair of West Highland White Terriers.
