In 1990, Roxanna Godinez came to the United States from Guatemala to work as an administrative assistant for a small aerospace manufacturer. As the aerospace sector diminished, she was determined to realize the American dream. Roxanna entered the residential real estate profession and obtained her license in 1992. She reached out to the community by demonstrating the value of homeownership to first-time buyers, offering seminars in local churches. Roxanna speaks Spanish and English fluently, with some knowledge of French and Italian.
During the height of the foreclosure market from 1994 to 1997, Roxanna’s work experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac gave her an in-depth understanding of the foreclosure process. In 2001, she became a certified appraiser and has appraised residential real estate throughout most of Southern California. In this capacity, she also served as an analyst for complex properties.
Having lived in Downtown Los Angeles since 1994, Roxanna maintains a large Rolodex of places to go, special places for shopping, and the best places for local entertainment. With this extensive database, she helps her clients find ways to enjoy the urban experience.
