There are few shoes Lala hasn’t filled in the course of her career. Before pivoting to real estate, she oversaw tenant buildouts and space planning, refereed landlord/tenant/contractor disputes, and effected local zoning changes while heading business operations at an award-winning film and television studio.
Prior to that, she managed commercial properties in South Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge, Glendale, and Downtown, among them, the iconic Fine Arts Building (HCM 125), which sold during her tenure; and Engine Co. No. 28 (HCM 348), which was brought back to life as a restaurant in the late 1980s.
In addition to production operations and asset management, Lala’s professional background in banking, construction, and legal support uniquely positions her to meet the diverse needs of her clients, no matter their stage or station.
Lala was born in Glendale and grew up in the local community. She has an American Literature & Culture degree from UCLA, and when she has time to spare, she enjoys antiquing, watching classic movies, and exploring Southern California.
