Jack has established himself as a consummate professional as a Realtor. Prior to joining Podley Properties, he was stationed in Hong Kong as the Managing Director of a large US apparel manufacturer. In twenty successful years in the international garment industry, Jack developed an unmatched ability to cultivate successful and long-lasting business relationships. Jack’s experience and high standing in international trade helped him build long-lasting, strong contacts both locally and internationally, while developing savvy negotiation skills.

Though Jack’s business acumen has served him well in real estate, it is the rapport he builds with his clients that truly distinguishes him as a real estate agent. His clients describe him as thorough and tenacious, and find his energy and enthusiasm to be contagious in the home buying/selling process. Jack values honesty and integrity above all, and his clients regard him as a trusted advisor throughout every transaction. Born and raised in Arcadia, Jack has strong roots in the San Gabriel Valley. He currently lives in Glendora with his wife and four children, who have attended both public schools and catholic schools in the area throughout their childhoods. As a neighborhood local, Jack is a member of the Glendora Chamber of Commerce and has established a reliable network of contractors to service all levels of repairs and additions. He is a member of the National Associate of Realtors, California Associate of Realtors, and Citrus Valley Association of Realtors. Additionally, he has earned the distinction of completing the Graduate Realtor Institute as well as the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
