As almost everybody will say, buying a house is incredibly overwhelming, nerve-racking, and scary! Fortunately, for my wife and I, we had the pleasure of working with Chellee. We started looking for a house shortly after finding out that my wife was pregnant with our first child. With a baby on the way, we knew this was going to be stressful. Chellee helped put us at ease and assured us we would find the perfect house. We were (luckily) outbid on a few places, and backed out of one because the owner didn't agree with our inspection demands. Chellee was incredibly instrumental in the decisions made on these houses. We obviously wanted each one to work out but she stood by us and explained the details extensively, helping us understand the process, and making us feel comfortable with each and every choice the amount to bid, the refunds to ask for, how much to push for, etc. There wasn't a time that I didn't trust her suggestions. Then one day we found our dream house! We walked in and loved it. Chellee agreed that this would be a great home for our family. She helped us figure out how much to offer. There were 10 offers on the table with 2 higher than ours. Chellee worked her magic with the selling agent and they accepted our offer. We went through inspections and got what we wanted. Then it was time to sign the papers! I never knew there could be a contract so long, with so many signatures. Chellee walked us through everything and made it a painless process. We've now been in our house for almost 3 years and couldn't be happier! Chellee was right we found the perfect house! I'm SO glad none of those other houses worked out. I recommend Chellee to every friend looking to buy or sell.
