Pasadena’s only Case Study House has come on the market for $2.99m following an award-winning refurbishment.
Designed in 1947 by father and son architects Kemper Nomland and Kemper Nomland Jr, Case Study House 10 was part of Arts and Architecture magazine’s Case Study House program, pioneering experimental low-cost housing. It also features on the National Register of Historic Places.
