The Team: A collaborative effort with top-notch professionals, the house was designed by Osborn Architects and brought into being by Mark Langford of Langford Construction; Jamie Bush did the interiors. With the original home beyond repair, the owners were free to build their ideal Mid-Century Modern, one with up-to-date construction values and new systems. Together, they created a venue for an exceptional collection of period furniture and lighting.
What We Love: That we’ve reached a point where homes are built in homage to the Mid-Century Style. In this case, the classic Post-and-Beam, influenced by the woodsy aesthetic of architect Ray Kappe.
At first glance, the open kitchen many look vintage, but it’s not.
