Justina Blakeney, founder of The Jungalow
Justina Blakeney is the founder of the cult favorite interior design and lifestyle blog, The Jungalow. Justina is credited with pioneering the “boho” aesthetic in her hugely influential work. Born in Berkeley, California, Justina claims her multi-cultural background as inspiration in her eclectic works along with the laidback California lifestyle she grew up in. Her work ranges from home decor, textiles, stationary, and more. Her great design ethos and unique vision has landed her deals with retailers like Target and Anthropologie to name a few. A visit to her website, will show you just how influential she is. Rave reviews from the likes of Domino Magazine and a cover spread in Sunset Magazine show that she is an icon of the modern bohemian design movement. Her book series, The New Bohemians, was a #1 New York Times Bestseller. Justina lives in LA’s Frogtown in you guessed it, a bungalow. Check out Justina’s instagram for splashes of color, decor inspo, and her original artwork which celebrates themes like identity and relationships.
