Jerry Bruckheimer Finds Buyer for $11.9M Los Angeles Home

“Beverly Hills Cop” and “Flashdance” mega producer Jerry Bruckheimer has found a buyer for his Los Angeles home after cutting the listing price to $11.9 million.

The listing agent, Mike Deasy of Deasy & Penners, confirmed that the Brentwood home entered into contract Wednesday,  but stressed that there were contingencies linked to the sale.

Property records show that the 73-year-old film and TV producer, whose other credits include “Top Gun,” “Pirates of the Caribbean” and “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” bought the pad in 1985 for $1.86 million.

He first put it on the market in 2015 with a $14.4 million price tag, which was later reduced to $12.995 million in June  and mostly recently to $11.9 million in January.

The gated steel, glass and wood pavilion house was built in 1965  is set on three-quarters of an acre of tree-filled land, according to the listing.

The main house has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a high-ceilinged glass-enclosed living room, formal dining, a library, a media room and a gym.

The master suite, meanwhile, has its own wing with private garden, and there is also a studio guesthouse with cooking facilities overlooking a pool.

According to Variety, which first reported this story, this is one of several properties Mr. Bruckheimer and his wife, novelist Linda Bruckheimer, own.

In L.A., these include a townhouse in Venice and a Hollywood Hills home, Variety reported. Property records show that he also owns two adjoining penthouses in Miami Beach.
