In Northridge, an Edward Fickett-Designed Midcentury Ranch Home Is Up for Grabs
Though he passed away over two decades ago, modernist architect Edward Fickett left a vaunted legacy that lives on in and around Los Angeles — not only in iconic structures like Sunset Boulevard’s Tower Records, but also the numerous residences he designed that stretch from Hollywood Hills to the San Fernando Valley; and one of these historic gems just popped up for sale in Northridge, asking $1.2 million.
