Midcentury Modern architect Donald Wexler, who died this year at 89, designed this single-story house as his family home and lived there for 38 years. He expanded the post-and-beam house in 1960 and worked on its restoration in 2008.

Floor-to-ceiling glass walls, wide overhangs and doors that open to terraces and the saltwater swimming pool are among the features.
