Built in 1938, the International Modern-style home appears in Gebhard & Winter’s Architectural Guidebook to Los Angeles as well as Barbara Bestor’s Bohemian Modern.

Measuring 1,532 square feet, the two-bedroom, two-bath home features hardwood floors, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and a rooftop terrace with city and mountain views. Per Bohemian Modern, the home has been retrofitted with a kickass vintage steel kitchen set that had been awarded as a prize on The Price is Right.

On a 5,000-square-foot lot, it’s available furnished or empty for $7,000 per month.
