Musicians Lourdes Hernández and Zach Leigh, the couple behind event venue The Ruby Street in Highland Park, are looking to sell a 1920s Mediterranean-style “cottage” that they’ve overhauled over the past two years. Featured in Domino and the Spanish edition of Architectural Digest, the home now sports oak floors in a herringbone pattern, Smeg appliances, recessed lighting and skylights, two colorful bathrooms, and an open concept, while retaining an abundance of original arched windows. On the 7,198-square-foot lot, the duo also added a saltwater pool and fire pit in the front yard, and converted a lower level with a three-quarter bath into guest quarters. The asking price is $1.885 million.
