By Philip Ferrato
Where: 1099 Vista Grande Drive, Pacific Palisades
Asking: $4,890,000
What: For two decades, Diva Group has been Los Angeles’ foremost source for innovative luxury design, ranging from tabletop accessories and lighting (Venini, Ingot Maurer) to coveted seating brands like B&B Italia, Casino, and Maxalto. We got an early look at Diva Group partner Pierre Rousselin’s latest project, the complete reinvention of a ‘60s house into a stunning, gallery-like pavilion high above Topanga Canyon and looking towards the ocean.

A continuous L-shaped terrace extends around the house to the pool.
Inside, the open floor plan and high ceilings create a gallery-like setting. For the floors, Rousselin chose a Portuguese limestone, Porto Beige, for its soft, delicate hue and subtle glow.
Like the rest of the house, the master suite is both spacious and austere; all four bedrooms are ensuite and open to the terrace.
More: An open house is planned for Sunday April 3. Check out the deasy penner podley website for additional information and images.
