Dwell on Design presents four days of engaging design and architecture opportunities. On April 4th, held at the Pacific Design Center, you’ll be able to Meet the Architects who designed the incredible homes featured on this year’s Los Angeles Home Tours.

The residence of our very own deasy penner podley Partner, William Baker, will roundup the East Side/Hills Home Tours on April 6th and 7th. The Baker Residence was conceived in the early 1960s to harmoniously co-exist with lush hillside surroundings. This gated view home sited high on a serene cul-de-sac was given new life by architectural alchemist Guy Painchaud in 2002, giving new meaning to the term “modernism”, and extensively renovated by the owner in 2017.

A ticket to this event is included with a purchase of a Home Tour ticket or can be purchased separately (RSVP required).
