With over 30 years of real estate sales experience Kimberly brings an incredible amount of expertise to Deasy Penner Podley. 

Kimberly grew up in the family business of real estate. Her father owned the largest private homebuilding company in Austin, Texas where she worked in all areas of her father’s company - including his interior design firm. Once placed in the position of New Home Sales, she achieved the top sales award as onsite sales agent in her first year at age 20.  

Prior to entering real estate, Kimberly held key positions in sales & marketing + advertising and design for various global companies. She brings this knowledge coupled with her love of real estate to every transaction and has achieved a reputation for providing quality real estate services based on integrity, knowledge, and professionalism.   

Her experience at all levels of the sales and marketing process combined with her keen eye for style and design make working with Kimberly a one of a kind professional experience. She prides herself on her commitment to excellence and serving others while helping her clients achieve their goals.

As a past resident of Brentwood, Venice, Malibu, Pacific Palisades and currently Santa Monica. Kimberly specializes in the coastal communities that she calls home. During her free time you will most likely find her playing on the beach or hiking in the mountains with her two children and their bulldogs.
