DPP Real Estate Welcomes Kevin Gerdes

dpp real estate is excited to announce Kevin Gerdes as a new agent to our Pasadena family.

Kevin grew up in a small town in Maryland where everyone knew everyone. There was never a shortage of help from friends when a family was moving homes – so long as pizza and soda were involved, everyone was there to lend a hand.

At 18 years old, he witnessed his mom build her mortgage company from the ground up. Watching joy and dedication coupled with his desire to be people facing – building relationships; He decided that selling real estate was the route for him. So he suited up, and within a few weeks, he was a licensed Realtor out of Maryland.

As he progressed through his twenties, Kevin became interested in exploring his creative side, and that’s why he landed in Los Angeles in 2010. He’d go on to build a resume of acting credits that he is proud of and, in 2020, relicensing here in California to sell real estate again.

Today, Kevin is a 36-year-old, single, gay, foster-to-adopt dad to a 3-month-old baby girl who values honesty and authenticity and has a heart for people.

He is dedicated to his job, daughter, and faith, which is why he works hard 24/7, as his phone is always on to his clients. Just as he watched his mom build something extraordinary from the ground up, he wants his daughter to witness the same from him.

That’s Kevin, and he would love to be your agent. He is kind and honest. No fluff here. If that’s what you’re looking for in a Realtor®, he can’t wait to hear from you. And if not, he wishes you the best in finding your dream home.
