Dpp Real Estate Welcomes Christiano Sampaio

dpp real estate is excited to announce Christiano Sampaio as a new agent to our Pasadena family.

Christiano was born into a real estate family where he was exposed to the ins and outs from an early age. He was raised in Brazil, where he attended business school. In 1995, he moved to Los Angeles and started working in the sports supplement industry. He eventually opened a store and started a supplement company catering to martial arts athletes. During this experience, he learned many valuable marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship skills.

In 2003, after selling his stake in the company, he shifted into Real Estate full time and never looked back, which was a natural fit for him. Working for some of the largest firms in Los Angeles, he opened his own firm in 2007 named Loftway, which focused on Lofts and Condos. Over the years, he built Loftway from the ground up to become a very recognizable brand in Los Angeles Real Estate.

In 2022, he decided to devote himself more to the day-to-day of selling Real Estate instead of managing agents and the office and partnered with DPP. With DPP’s support and like-minded goals, he can dedicate even more time to servicing his clients.
