dpp real estate is excited to announce Alex Bonine as a new agent to our Pasadena family.

Hello, I’m Alex Bonine, but please feel free to call me Alex. Born in San Diego makes me a California native, however I did grow up in a small town just north of Minneapolis before making my way back to Southern California as a young adult. My time in Minnesota instilled good old-fashioned values and a strong work ethic, but my heart and spirit truly feel at home in Southern California, and more specifically in Palm Springs where I have called home since 2015. I am a husband and a dad, well, a dog-dad, to two amazing rescue pups. I’ve carried with me a passion for homes, architecture, home-design and helping people from a very early age which has led me to a career in real estate.

I first began my adventure in real estate and escrow in 2001 before taking a brief hiatus from real estate to help my husband build a very successful Event Production firm in Los Angeles for over 16 years. Event production and real estate are not dissimilar in that client satisfaction, a keen eye for details and powerful organizational skills are paramount. I pride myself on being able to keep many plates successfully spinning at once while keeping my client’s happiness my main priority.
