DPP is excited to announce that our agent, Eddie Ramirez, will be a panelist in the upcoming event, Shift Happens: How To Survive in a Moving Market.

Hosted by Pasadena-Foothills Realtors (PFAR), the panel is taking place on Thursday, July 21st, from 5:00 – 7:30 pm, and will be held at Mijares Mexican Restaurant in Pasadena. The cost of admission is $15/per person.

Eddie will be joined by two other panelists: Megan Spargo-Ferrell of Compass and Steve Clark of Clark Living.

The live event will be moderated by Nathan Stark (Chicago Title Pasadena), Nick Frias (Coldwell Banker), and a surprise guest moderator.

Eddie obtained his real estate license in 2012, and he achieved the prestigious RE/MAX 100% Club Award in 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017 before making the move to Podley Properties in 2018. Eddie achieved Podley’s Circle of Excellence in 2018 and top producer in 2019 and 2020 after Podley merged with Deasy Penner to become DPP. In addition, Eddie currently serves as a 2022 MLS Committee Chair & Pro Standards Committee Member at PFAR.
