After spending the last 25 years in Virginia, at a large national brokerage, Tom felt drawn to deasypennerpodley with their emphasis on the art of property, aligning with his own appreciation of our amazing regional architecture.
Tom embraces technology, but doesn’t believe it’s a full substitute for the personal service necessary to provide the very best experience. Past clients have enjoyed his blended approach, which allows a warm level of client care and strong attention to detail, earning many 5-star reviews and creating a high percentage of repeat clients and referrals.
When not working, Tom is a resident of Los Feliz and lover of the outdoors. He can be found with his family somewhere between the coast and the desert, exploring on foot or riding one of his vintage road bikes.
