1914 ‘Bungalow Heaven’ Craftsman in Pasadena seeks $1.25 million

A Craftsman house featured on Pasadena’s 2014 Bungalow Heaven Home Tour a century after its completion is on the market for $1.25 million.

Designed by notable architect Cyril Bennett, the home sits on a large lot on N. Chester Avenue in “Bungalow Heaven.” Many of the early 20th century homes in this first-of-its-kind landmark district, created in 1989, were built during the Arts and Crafts period.

“This home is one of the first in the area and is a great example of Bennett’s ambitious vision of residential architecture,” the listing reads.
