A secret door near the kitchen leads you into an art space which is illuminated by sunshine in the early morning hours of summer, and offers further unobstructed views of the outdoors.Designed by Miller Yee Fong in 1967, a USC trained Architect and creator of the 'Lotus Chair', currently at the permanent collection at LACMA, this Garvanza beauty was his personal residence until 1977. It was sold off market to the current owners who appreciated and preserved it over the last 45 years.
